We collect the following information from you when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.
- IP address of your device that accesses our website
- Log of access requests to our web pages and content
- Preferences set by you
- Data entered by you, e.g., when you complete a survey
- Contact information entered by you, including e-mail address
The data and contact information you enter are stored by Wix.com and in an encrypted form by RADIOMON’s team members.

The contact information will solely and exclusively be used by RADIOMON. FHNW will use it to answer user queries. The official supporters of RADIOMON projects can have, at their request, access to the collected data for the same purposes described under the section “purpose”.
We use the term “General Data Protection Regulation” or the term “GDPR” to refer specifically to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Users may exercise their right of access to their personal data and request rectification of any incorrect data or, if need be, request the deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained. They may also request restriction, portability and objection to their data being processed under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation. They are also entitled to withdraw their consent at any time without this retroactively affecting the personal data processing carried out up to such time. Users may exercise their aforementioned rights by submitting a request by e-mail to the contact or DPO declared above.
Is it mandatory to provide all the information requested in the forms on the website?
Regarding the forms on the website, users are requested to complete the spaces marked “compulsory.” If they do not complete the required personal data or only partially provide them, this could mean that RADIOMON is unable to deal with their requests and, therefore, RADIOMON will be exonerated from all liability for not rendering or not fully rendering the requested services. The personal data that users provide to RADIOMON must be current data so that the information in the records is up-to-date and error-free. Users will be held liable for the data provided being true.
